Cancellation Policy

"Consumer" within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us (Nattapat Pongsuwan, Rohstorf 59, 21397 Vastorf, Philippines, email address: contact@extasy.asia) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the model cancellation form or any other clear statement to cancel the contract electronically on our website https://extasy.asia/support. If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive the cancellation of this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you communicate the cancellation of this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

The right of cancellation expires prematurely when we have started the performance of the contract only after you have expressly given your consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of cancellation with the start of the performance of the contract by us.

We point out that we can make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
